The Opportunity

IXM is seeking a Media Buyer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in data-driven performance and a flair for creativity. This role requires someone who will be able to draw actionable insights from data and proactively plan out the next steps.

This is a full-time remote position and will involve regular daily/weekly calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Facebook, and Instagram ad accounts
• Launch, execute, and consistently improve upon ads
• Proactively plan and implement next steps to optimize campaign performance.
• Serve as the strategic leader and voice for all acquisition initiatives for your assigned clients.
• Responsible for hitting client KPIs
• Responsible for the management of client relationships, such as providing updates, and strategy recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old (minimum age for this role)
• Full-time availability
• Has 2+ years of experience in media buying
• Fluent English speaking, writing, and grammar skills
• Availability to attend meetings and respond to inquiries during Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Highly strategic with the ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term results.
• Has experience dealing with budgets of 40k+ in a month
• Has a good understanding of basic KPIs and metrics
• Ability to quickly consume data and draw insights that drive the business forward.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $36,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
