We are currently looking for passionate Customer Service Champions to join our growing team in our fast paced contact centre located in the Melbourne CBD! This is an excellent opportunity for you to be involved in a culture built on fun, respect, integrity, innovation and transparency!
Here’s the good info you want to know…
- Full time role – 38hrs per week
- Hourly rate & incentives
- Must be available between Monday – Friday to work on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am – 8pm (Weekend hours may be required as per client needs)
- Penalty rates for any weekend work completed and anytime after 7pm
- Comprehensive Full Time PAID training onsite with ongoing development opportunities
- Attractive hybrid/work from home options available once you’ve settled into your new role (More info available at interview)
- Please note – this is a Hybrid role and requires an element of regular on-site attendance.

Please note, this is an Australian based role and due to the nature of our client, to be eligible you must:
- Hold current Australian Citizenship,
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you), and
- Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint)
- Please note – working/bridging etc. visa’s cannot be accepted.
