- Resolution of hardware-related customer issues within defined SLAs.
- Quality and completeness of documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive contributions to team collaboration and project outcomes.
Desired Skills
- Strong proficiency in PCB design and layout tools (e.g., Altium, KiCAD, Eagle).
- Experience with circuit design, analog/digital electronics, and embedded hardware.
- Understanding of design-for-manufacture (DFM) principles and production workflows.
- Familiarity with firmware development (e.g., C/C++) for hardware integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues using testing tools like oscilloscopes and logic analysers.
- Knowledge of industrial IoT protocols and technologies (e.g., BLE, Wi-Fi, LTE-M).
- Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and PCB prototype assembly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., EMC, CE, UL) is a bonus.
