We are interviewing for our next Customer Service / Administration Officer team member who shares our passion for supporting older adults and people living with disabilities!
We are the largest community allied health team in the region with over 130 OTs, Physios, Dietitians, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists, Allied Health Assistants & Healthcare Administrators providing care for adults, children and people living with disabilities across the Hunter New England and Central Coast Local Health Districts.
We can support flexible working arrangements and can offer part-time and full-time positions, with your base being our beautiful Mayfield West office space.

Responsibilities (HOW we build healthier communities)
- Data entry with acceptance of new referrals
- Regular phone calls with team, clients and suppliers
- Ability to use Google’s suite of products, such as Gmail, Drive, Splose, Docs, Calendar, Sheets etc
- Basic book keeping or accounts knowledge will be advantageous
- Represent our culture of care, integrity and professionalism

- Have previous healthcare administration experience and experience in the aged care and NDIS sector (highly desirable!)?
