We are looking for a highly skilled IT Product Manager to join our team and take charge of managing our products and technical teams, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Job Summary

As the IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and continuous improvement of our products. You will act as the critical link between business needs and technical execution, leading the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. This role combines strategic product management with hands-on technical team coordination to deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

• Develop and manage the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer/company needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Define and document product specifications and features.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and user feedback, driving continuous improvement.
• Research market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.

IT Management

• Manage the IT development, ensuring efficient task prioritization and resource allocation.
• Oversee the development and delivery of technical projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Implement best practices in Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks and challenges.

Leadership & Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across teams.
• Provide guidance to the IT team on technical feasibility and scalability of product features.
• Conduct regular meetings to track progress and resolve roadblocks.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, IT management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS or tech-based products.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of product management principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Solid technical background with knowledge of software development, APIs, and database systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, define KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic .
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern tech stacks.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business practices and regulations.
