Social Media Specialist | Wasserstoff Private Limited | India
The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in managing the online presence of Wasserstoff Innovation and Learning Labs, along with handling social media strategies for five specific projects under our brand. This individual will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content to drive engagement, build community, and support the acquisition of paying customers. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands how to leverage various social platforms to build an organic following and create buzz around new products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Content Creation & Management*
– Develop and implement social media strategies for Wasserstoff and associated projects to enhance visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
– Craft engaging, high-quality content for various platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels, tailored to each project’s needs.
– Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent, timely posting aligned with marketing and product launch schedules.
2. *Brand Voice & Community Engagement*
– Establish and maintain a unique and consistent brand voice across all platforms.
– Engage actively with followers, influencers, and partners to foster community and manage feedback or inquiries in a positive, timely manner.
– Drive organic growth by identifying and participating in relevant communities, discussions, and trends.
3. *Campaign & Product Launches*
– Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns around new product launches, events, and other brand initiatives.
– Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand the goals of each product and create hype through creative storytelling and buzz-worthy posts.
4. *Growth & Engagement Strategy*
– Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and identify growth opportunities on each platform.
– Explore and recommend new growth techniques to boost organic reach and engagement.
– Identify and build relationships with influencers and other strategic partnerships to amplify reach and create impact.
5. *Analytics & Reporting*
– Track and analyze social media performance across all platforms to inform ongoing strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
– Generate regular reports detailing metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates for management and stakeholders.
– Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform changes to ensure Wasserstoff remains competitive.
6. *Project Management*
– Coordinate social media efforts across five different projects, each with its unique goals and target audience.
– Ensure consistent delivery of social media assets for each project in line with overall brand guidelines.
– Manage time effectively to balance project priorities and demands.
Requirements:
– *Experience*: 2-4 years of experience in social media management, ideally within a tech, blockchain, or startup environment. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously is highly desirable.
– *Skills*: Proven expertise in content creation, storytelling, and community building on major social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
– *Technical Knowledge*: Familiarity with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights).
– *Creative Mindset*: Ability to craft engaging, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences.
– *Analytical Mindset*: Strong understanding of key metrics and experience using data to guide content decisions and optimize campaigns.
– *Communication*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, positive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
– *Industry Knowledge*: Interest in and understanding of technology trends, blockchain, Web3, and AI is a plus.
