What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products and services via phone, email, or chat
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining a customer-centric focus
• Troubleshoot and assist customers with embedding Spear videos and pictures on their websites
• Maintain and update knowledge databases and internal documentation for team training
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve service quality

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience at a world-class level
• Help desk experience is a plus
• Strong technical proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to adapt to changing environments

• Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of dental industry practices and technology
