Key Responsibilities
- Administer both Seller and Vendor accounts on Amazon, including Brand Registry enrollment.
- Develop and edit product catalogs, utilizing both platform tools and spreadsheets, while merging items as required.
- Display a thorough understanding of Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) methodologies.
- Collaborate with programs such as Vine and Early Reviewer to boost product visibility.
- Submit support inquiries and maintain a strong grasp of financial factors, including shipping costs, fees, and profit margins. Familiarity with EDI is advantageous.
- Set up new items for Walmart using item360 or spreadsheets while effectively managing supplier and seller accounts.
- Lead and continuously optimize client accounts to ensure sustained success and growth.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of clients’ objectives to drive impactful results.
- Prepare engaging presentations to communicate campaign performance to clients.
- Present strategic recommendations and optimizations to clients via in-person meetings, video calls, or phone conversations.
- Offer transparent internal and external updates on project status, highlighting progress towards goals.
- Identify potential growth opportunities across various marketing channels and implement strategies to maximize non-advertised sales.
- Conduct data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and provide proactive recommendations to exceed client expectations.
- Review product sales to ensure alignment with client goals and maintain consistent messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest trends within Amazon, Walmart, and other eCommerce platforms, such as Wayfair, Overstock, and Target, as well as clients’ retail strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven account management experience within eCommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and recognize trends.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and presentations.
- Knowledge of Amazon and Walmart account management processes.
- Ability to optimize product listings to drive sales growth.
- Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and retail strategies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of account support experience, either in-house or at an agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
