As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will serve as an essential link between the Marketing, Analytics, and Model Development divisions. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate projects from conception to execution, translating data into strategic insights. Your contributions will underpin various initiatives, including direct marketing campaigns, customer journey optimization, and the enhancement of onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to assess the success of marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights regarding customer segmentation and prioritization.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure efficient data access for analysis and reporting.
• Develop and monitor customer journey key performance indicators (KPIs) that focus on response and conversion metrics.

Required Skills

• Proficient in SQL and PowerBI.
• Strong familiarity with data modeling tools such as DataRobot.
• Experience with web and marketing analytics platforms, including Google Analytics.
• Proven capability in data interpretation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in consumer credit, risk management, or marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project lifecycles effectively.
