Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Logo Specialist team to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with senior management to assess and fulfill overtime requirements.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness.
- Provide customized training, coaching, and guidance to enhance team members’ skills in systems, product knowledge, and communication.
- Regularly review and enhance team processes for optimal service delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold high design standards.
- Offer constructive feedback through regular performance evaluations.
- Lead the onboarding and training of new team members for seamless integration.
- Address and resolve issues escalated by team members or clients in a timely manner.
- Analyze reports to identify and address areas needing improvement.
- Maintain records of team PTO and manage coverage for logo requests.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations to ensure product quality and timely service.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with PULSE software is an advantage.
- Competent in MS Word; proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Creative problem solver with a strong aptitude for design.
Qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer support environment within a mid-to-large business.
