Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization as a Logo Specialist Manager, where you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional logo design services. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Logo Specialist team to ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with senior management to assess and fulfill overtime requirements.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness.
  • Provide customized training, coaching, and guidance to enhance team members’ skills in systems, product knowledge, and communication.
  • Regularly review and enhance team processes for optimal service delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold high design standards.
  • Offer constructive feedback through regular performance evaluations.
  • Lead the onboarding and training of new team members for seamless integration.
  • Address and resolve issues escalated by team members or clients in a timely manner.
  • Analyze reports to identify and address areas needing improvement.
  • Maintain records of team PTO and manage coverage for logo requests.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations to ensure product quality and timely service.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with PULSE software is an advantage.
  • Competent in MS Word; proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Creative problem solver with a strong aptitude for design.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer support environment within a mid-to-large business.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
