Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conception, planning, and execution of large-scale events, ensuring every aspect enhances the experience for attendees.
- Develop and oversee event budgets, diligently monitoring expenditures, managing variances, and negotiating with vendors to optimize resources.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and key partners to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the event planning process.
- Coordinate all logistics related to events, such as setup, team management, travel arrangements, vendor collaboration, inventory management, and preparation of materials to guarantee smooth operations.
- Serve as the main liaison for cross-functional collaboration during the annual User’s Conference, coordinating with various departments and an event planning agency on key aspects including production, registration, venue selection, and overall logistics.
- Manage vendor relationships through a thorough RFP process, evaluating and negotiating contracts to align services with event goals.
- Prepare and present project proposals, event updates, and post-event evaluations to senior leadership.
- Drive the development of event branding, concepts, and promotional materials, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all event elements.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or relevant experience is preferred.
- At least three years of specialized experience in corporate event planning, project management, and program execution.
- PMP or CMP certification is advantageous.
