    Highly regarded, boutique funds management business is seeking a Senior Corporate Affairs Advisor to join their collaborative team. Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Manager, this is a critical role that will work with the investment and finance teams to ensure all shareholder engagement, communications, marketing and brand initiatives are strategically aligned and constantly improved.   

    You will be responsible for:

    • Marketing and capital raising – generate, plan and execute innovative customer retention and acquisition strategies
    • Prepare high-quality ASX announcements, such as annual reports and half / full-year results
    • Plan and manage capital raising programs, such as initial public offerings and share purchase plans
    • Communications – prepare compelling content to enhance reputation through owned and earned channels
    • Ensure consistency of brand across all communications, including look-and-feel and tone-of-voice.
    • Management of all external communication channels including the website and social media
    • Shareholder Engagement – ensure shareholder needs and expectations are understood via inbound calls and emails, surveys, presentation feedback, etc.
    • Assist in providing the best shareholder experience in the market

    You will have:

    • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Business (or equivalent)
    • Demonstrable experience working in a similar role in communications and marketing
    • Proven investment communications experience
    • Exposure working for an ASX-listed investment business
    • Keen interest in funds management, investment management and financial services
    • Committed to best-practice shareholder engagement, communications and marketing and passionate about making a difference for shareholders and the community
    • Leadership skills and ability to mentor a team
    • Collaborative and consultative approach to work
