We are looking for an extraordinarily organised HR Co-Ordinator to support our busy APAC HR Director, APAC CEO so that they can focus on their tasks without needing to worry about administration. About the role:
The HR Co-Ordinator is a multi-function role supporting the HR function, APAC HR Director and APAC CEO.
The HR Co-Ordinator will make sure that things run smoothly by providing direct high-end administrative support. This includes the day-to-day operations of the HR department including clerical and administrative support to the APAC HR Director and the rest of the HR team, compiling and record management, assistance with recruitment (think applicant and interview co ordination) as well as providing project and clerical support to the team.
On a smaller scale there will be assistance required for events that involve our Board of directors, executive and senior leadership team. Along with a small amount of travel co-ordination and expense management.
What you will need to do:
- Provide administrative support to the APAC HR Director and APAC CEO including travel and expenses
- Assist with day-to-day operations for the HR team
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
- End to end applicant management during the recruitment process
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding programs
- Co-ordinate employee events both locally and interstate for senior leadership meetings, executive team meetings and investor meetings.
- Co-ordinate HR key initiatives such as service awards, employee townhalls, engagement activities and values driven initiatives
- Support training and development activities
- Compile and update employee records as required
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to people activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Assist with HR key projects
- Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, legislation and policies
About you:
- Certification in Business (Administration) and/or Human Resource Management is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of employment legislation
- Hands on experience with HRIS (an advantage)
- Comfortable liaising with people at all levels within the business
- Execute tasks efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Ability to problem solve, identification issues and execute resolutions in a timely manner
- Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyse information
- Can prioritise and plan work activities so as to use time efficiently
- Organised, accurate, thorough and conscious about quality
- Dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and be able to improve performance through management feedback
