The Role
As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction. You’ll be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build, guide, and inspire a team of BDEs to consistently exceed sales and distribution objectives
- Cultivate a culture of high performance through coaching, mentoring, and engagement with Aristocrat’s Values
- Lead structured activities including sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews to ensure team alignment and motivation
- Oversee the team’s efforts in maximizing customer coverage and developing meaningful, long-term relationships
- Actively participate in key account management, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning to meet customer needs
- Ensure CRM systems are up-to-date with accurate customer details, engagement plans, and account strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor strategies, products, and campaigns.
- Use market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue and market share.
About You
We’re seeking someone who:
- Brings extensive experience in sales and a track record of people management success.
- Has outstanding negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire and engage.
- Is commercially savvy with strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with BI tools.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and embraces innovation.
- Bonus points for gaming industry experience—but it’s not essential!
A natural ability to develop relationships and connect with stakeholders at all levels.

We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. Based out of our head office in North Ryde (with free on-site parking!) you will have the flexibility to work from the office, home as well as be on the road with team and at customer venues.
