Pacific Clinical Research Group™ is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our innovative team! As a full-service CRO, we’re dedicated to advancing healthcare in Australia and New Zealand through cutting-edge medical device clinical trials. About the Role 
As our new Clinical Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on APAC clinical trials, overseeing each phase from start-up to close-out. You’ll bring a detail-oriented, strategic mindset, managing timelines, budgets, and team coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Reporting directly to our Chairman, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of impactful clinical studies.

Responsibilities
* Lead and Execute Global Clinical Trials: Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring trials meet regulatory standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, sites, and internal clinical teams, maintaining strong communication and collaboration across all parties.
*Project Planning and Resource Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to drive project success and support team members in achieving shared goals.

What We’re Looking For
*Experience: 5+ years in clinical project management with a strong track record in APAC trials.
*Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field.
*Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a talent for engaging diverse stakeholders, and proven leadership and organizational abilities.
*Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements for APAC clinical trials.
