Position Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Project Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Remote CFO services. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, efficient project oversight, and effective team coordination. As a key member of our team, the Financial Project Coordinator will support onboarding, client transitions, document management, and the execution of strategic financial projects.

Responsibilities
- Team & Client Communication
- Ensure timely and thorough communication with team members and clients.
- Coordinate client updates and status reports to maintain transparency.
- Meeting Coordination
- Schedule and manage team and client meetings, including preparing agendas and tracking follow-ups.
- Process & Efficiency Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure smooth team operations and improved client service.
- Project Oversight
- Oversee key projects, including:
- New Client Onboarding: Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently.
- Review & Analysis: Collaborate with the financial team to deliver actionable insights.
- Implementation: Facilitate the execution of financial strategies and plans.
- CFO Services: Support the delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual services.
- Client Transitions: Coordinate smooth transitions for incoming or outgoing clients.
- Partner Coordination
- Act as a liaison with external partners, such as KD, Dexteritas, and Watchdog, to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Document Management
- Maintain and organize all client documents.
- Prepare key documents such as review and analysis summaries, implementation plans, and financial reports.
- Hands-On Assistance
- Support the financial team with Review & Analysis, Implementation, and ongoing Remote CFO services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in document management and financial reporting tools.
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
