Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative TikTok Marketing Manager Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, viral content, and brand storytelling. The intern will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing our TikTok content strategy to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Develop, create, and manage engaging video content tailored for TikTok to drive brand awareness and user engagement.

  Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on trending topics, hashtags, and viral challenges to inform content strategies and maintain relevance.

  Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing TikTok marketing campaigns in alignment with broader marketing objectives.

  Performance Analysis: Track and analyze video performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future content and strategies.
• 
  Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, design, and social media teams to align on brand guidelines and overall strategy.

  Community Engagement: Monitor and interact with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster community growth and loyalty.

  Innovative Thinking: Bring fresh ideas to brainstorm sessions, contributing to new ways of enhancing our TikTok presence.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Proven experience creating TikTok videos (portfolio or examples required).
• Strong understanding of TikTok analytics and trends.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
• Basic video editing skills are a plus.
