About UN Watch: UN Watch is dedicated to holding the United Nations accountable to its founding principles by promoting human rights and fighting anti-Israel bias. We seek a talented and creative video editor to amplify our message across multiple platforms.

Job Description: UN Watch is seeking a talented and creative video editor to join our communications team. The video editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that effectively communicates our mission, campaigns, and advocacy work. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for UN Watch’s mission, along with exceptional technical skills in video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and UN Watch events.
• Collaborate with the communications team to develop compelling video narratives that align with UN Watch’s mission and campaigns.
• Utilize advanced video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create polished and engaging videos.
• Incorporate graphics, special effects, music, and sound effects to enhance video content.
• Organize and manage video footage, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
• Ensure all video content meets high-quality standards and is consistent with UN Watch’s branding guidelines.
• Create and present storyboards for new video projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interest in Israel and human rights advocacy work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of video editing projects.
• Experience in creating video content for social media platforms.
