Glaut is an AI-native market research software for large-scale customer research studies to extract qualitative insights at scale. How? We combine the efficiency of a survey with the depth of a 1-to-1 interview, allowing researchers to conduct large quantitative projects with qualitative insights at scale. In practice, Glaut replaces closed-ended questionnaires with personalized, engaging voice-based interviews with thousands of respondents simultaneously.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a passion for content creation and experience in B2B marketing for software companies. It is essential you created content for software products before.
This role will be pivotal in shaping Glaut’s brand narrative, producing engaging content, and supporting our sales efforts with tailored marketing materials. Your focus will be on evangelizing a new research methodology, created by Glaut.
You will be responsible of creating impactful content, developing product marketing assets, and supporting events and media outreach to help us grow and engage with our target audience: market research firms and international large B2C brands.
If you have experience in B2B marketing for software companies, a knack for storytelling, and are eager to build a presence in the AI and market research space, this role will allow you to be hands-on in Glaut’s journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog articles, white papers, case studies, and social media posts, with a focus on AI in research and Glaut’s unique offerings.
- FAQ and Knowledge Base: Create and maintain a comprehensive FAQ for Glaut’s software, helping users easily understand and use our platform.
- Product Marketing: Develop product marketing materials like sales decks and product demos, working closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Public Relations: Assist in PR efforts, including pitching articles, coordinating with media, and supporting press outreach to build Glaut’s reputation.
- Event & Conference Support: Help organize and promote Glaut’s presence at industry events, conferences, and webinars, driving brand awareness.
- Awards & Grants: Identify opportunities for industry awards, grants, and prizes, preparing submissions to highlight Glaut’s innovation in AI-driven market research.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally in Content creation, SEO or Product Marketing), of which at least 2 years in a Software company.
- Strong Content creation skills, with experience in writing articles, white papers, or case studies.
- Passion for AI.
- Familiarity with market research or customer research topics is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and ideally one other language).
BENEFITS
Salary: Annual salary between $28k and $38k. Base salary is determined by several factors, including years of relevant experience, expertise, and location.
We operate as a fully remote team, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, we value in-person collaboration and, if based out in Milan, Italy, we will work together 2/3 days a week.
