Job Title: UI/UX Developer

Job Type: Contract W2

Location: Bismarck, ND

Duration: 12+ Months (Long Term Possible)

Pay Rate: $60 on Contact W2

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Developer to lead the design and development of user-friendly e-commerce and web applications. The ideal candidate will ensure high conversion rates through intuitive design and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Optimization: Design user journeys optimized for conversion, including intuitive checkout flows.
• Web Application Development: Develop interactive web applications using modern frameworks and tools.
• A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize user flows and design elements.
• SEO Best Practices: Ensure all designs are SEO-friendly and adhere to web standards.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
• Integration: Work with marketing and backend teams to integrate analytics and CRM systems.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in UI/UX design and web development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or Angular.
• E-Commerce Platforms: Experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Conversion Focus: Demonstrated success in improving conversion rates through UI/UX enhancements.
