In this role, you’ll work hands-on to design, optimize, and execute email campaigns that drive meaningful engagement and business growth. What you’ll do:

• Build Revenue-Driven Workflows: Plan, write and execute email nurturing workflows that create qualified sales interactions and drive revenue.
• Leverage Account-Based Marketing: Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) best practices to refine and elevate our email marketing program.
• Stay Current & Strategic: Keep yourself up-to-date on the latest inbound marketing trends, best practices, and tools, using them to drive attention and action.
• Combine Creativity & Analysis: Use a blend of analytical thinking and creative execution to captivate audiences and funnel them into our sales pipeline.
• Orchestrate Multi-Channel Campaigns: Create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, each tailored to acquire and engage customers.
• Optimize & Improve: Dive into analytics data to refine inbound marketing campaigns and enhance performance.
• Refine Processes: Optimize marketing automation systems and lead nurturing processes using email and content strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales: Establish strong analytics ties with the sales team, ensuring we understand how our inbound strategies convert leads into customers.
• Innovate & Ideate: Propose fresh, impactful ideas for inbound marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Interpret Data with Impact: Analyze complex data, uncover meaningful correlations, test hypotheses, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Create Tailored Content: Develop compelling, audience-specific content for marketing automation campaigns that deliver results.

Who you are:

• You have hands-on experience in relevant B2B enterprise marketing
• You are well-versed in email marketing principles and best practices
• You can confidently set up and optimize complex marketing automation campaigns that align with strategic objectives
• You are experienced with marketing automation platforms, inbox rendering, and testing tools to ensure campaigns look and perform great
• You have a knack for creating and executing advanced marketing automation strategies
• You like to analyze data, draw valid assumptions, and accurately predict campaign outcomes to refine strategies
• You know how to conduct thorough audits of marketing automation programs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• You have good knowledge of HTML and CSS that allows you to make effective updates and improvements to email templates when needed.
• You are customer-centric and you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction
• You have great communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and relatable way
• You are detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills that keep you on top of every task
• You excel at prioritizing and juggling multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of accuracy, and performing effectively in fast-paced environments
• You adapt quickly to changing circumstances and shifting priorities, staying focused and proactive in addressing challenges as they arise
• You have proven experience building consensus and working collaboratively across teams, fostering strong relationships to achieve shared goals
