Training Manager (Remote)

Language Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to lead and oversee training operations for a team of 100+ professional interpreters and translators. This dynamic role is essential to ensuring the quality and consistency of our services, fostering skill development, and maintaining high standards of performance across the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of interpreters and translators in various industries.

• Coordinate and manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

• Monitor the performance of interpreters and translators, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted coaching and feedback.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

• Create and maintain training materials, resources, and documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.

• Utilize technology and tools to deliver virtual training sessions effectively, fostering engagement and participation in a remote work environment.

• Organize periodic evaluations and certification processes to maintain the high-quality standards required by Language Solutions.

• Act as a point of contact for staff, addressing training-related questions and providing ongoing support.

• Track and analyze training outcomes, reporting on key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the interpretation and translation industry.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a large team of professionals remotely.

• Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern training methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire a diverse team.

• Proficiency in using virtual training tools, learning management systems, and other relevant technologies.

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

• Previous experience or training as an interpreter or translator is strongly preferred
