What skills do you need to have?

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Application Support (SRE).
• Analytical profile to identify and investigate recurring problems.
• Ability to operate microservices.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Shell, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS, databases (Postgres, MySQL), and Kafka (desirable).
• Experience of collaborative platforms (Jira, Confluence, GitLab).
• Knowledge of retail (desirable).
• Proficiency in English.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Supporting technical and business teams.
• Gathering information and solving application integration problems.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Manage multiple demands, prioritizing according to the team.
• Act in accordance with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
