What You’ll Do

As an SAP Project Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Management Excellence

• Plan, direct, and manage SAP implementation projects to meet scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, issue tracking, and reporting documentation.
• Conduct regular project reviews, adjusting schedules and strategies as needed.
• Monitor deliverables against scope and quality assurance standards.
• Lead the creation of test plans (e.g., quality assurance, customer acceptance, conference room pilots).

Customer Success and Relationship Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor, establishing credibility with clients and building lasting relationships.
• Understand client priorities, industries, and cultures to deliver tailored solutions.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization while maintaining balanced project goals.
• Ensure timely resolution of escalations and drive contract renewals and expansions.

Team Leadership and Development

• Mentor and guide consultants, fostering their professional growth and project success.
• Advocate for effective resource allocation and ensure “right resource, right role” placements.
• Leverage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and global resources to deliver results.

Strategic Contributions

• Lead strategic workshops with clients to align project goals with business outcomes.
• Continuously improve methodology approaches and tools for consistent project delivery.
• Drive organizational growth by contributing to company-wide initiatives and objectives.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a results-driven professional with:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience (or Master’s + 4 years) managing ERP projects, including 4+ years of cross-functional SAP implementation management.
• Hands-on leadership in multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations across industries.
• Strong project management skills, including strategic workshop facilitation and issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).
