Position Overview:

We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in Technical Project Management to join our innovative team in the exciting field of Data & MarTech. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience, bringing valuable contributions to the project team while driving impactful initiatives and fostering collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Plan, schedule, and drive delivery of projects using our waterfall and agile hybrid methodologies, providing occasional training and guidance to the team on processes.
• Reporting Generation: Generate reports to enhance project team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leadership Support: Drive projects forward by identifying key points for leadership and defining/negotiating details and action items for the delivery team.
• Project Tracking: Create and track detailed project plans, including milestone schedules, scope documentation, resource planning, budget documentation, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Issue Management: Understand the downstream impact of issues, proactively inform and escalate to key stakeholders, and develop mitigation plans.
• Values Demonstration: Exhibit values of passion for client service, innovation, expertise, balance, respect for all, teamwork, and initiative.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in MarTech and technical program management focused on marketing technology/data initiatives (4 years in project management preferred).
• Experience with agile methodologies and running scrum processes; familiarity with Jira and Jira Advanced Roadmaps is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with experience partnering across engineering, QE, product management, architecture, and finance at all levels.
• Strong ability to manage risks, blockers, and dependencies effectively.
• Business and technical acumen for the assigned project area, with the ability to influence cross-collaborative teams.

Must-Haves:

• Technical program management experience focused on marketing technology/data initiatives.
• Experience with marketing technology integrations is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with enterprise environments, ideally in a retail setting.
• Proficiency with Jira, particularly with Jira Advanced Roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams at all levels.
