Role Description
Are you a detail-oriented project manager with the drive to bring ideas to life? The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, who is seeking a proactive Marketing Project Manager who can take high-level concepts from the CMO, break them down into actionable steps, and implement them with precision. This role requires a tech-savvy, hands-on leader who can jump in to assist the team, especially during our high-energy launch seasons, and think ahead to keep projects on track and seamless.
As the Marketing Project Manager, you will translate the CMO’s vision into structured plans across a variety of exciting projects, from email campaigns to social media, partnerships, podcasts, websites, and beyond. Working closely with a diverse team, you’ll ensure smooth workflows, track project progress, and make sure every task aligns with our company’s vision.
While final content approvals fall to the Marketing Leader and the founder, you’ll have the power to make day-to-day decisions and approvals.
We are in the personal development space and a major area of focus will be launching our six figure generating launches. Experience managing projects of this size in the personal development space is highly desirable.

- Proactively monitor project updates on ClickUp and Slack, managing all daily notifications and prioritizing them effectively.
- Coordinate testing phases (e.g., testing email campaigns) and track quality control across all stages of each project.
- Strategic Data Analysis & Reporting
