About the role:Â
Become the new Account Manager in our Schools Division and work alongside our experienced consultants to establish and manage a fast-paced desk providing temporary staffing solutions to schools. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in achieving company goals, forging partnerships with clients, and expanding the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, account management or sales, and ideally education market knowledge and experience. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships are essential. You will be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for making a difference. Â

To do this successfully you have: Â
- Proven experience in business development, recruitment, and/or salesÂ
- Strong phone communication skills, with confidence in making and managing client and candidate discussions.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within an established team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing needs and priorities.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development.
- A current Australian driver’s licence, full working rights in Australia, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer Working with Children Check.
