Your New Role

As our Graphic Designer & Digital Content Producer, you’ll have the autonomy to bring your boldest ideas to life. Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand across multiple platforms.

You Will Be Responsible For

Creative Innovation

Break New Ground: Develop innovative design concepts that set us apart in the market.
Brand Evolution: Help redefine our visual identity to position Endorfix as a leader through design.
Challenge Norms: Push creative boundaries to deliver fresh and engaging content.

Content Creation and Design

Multi-Platform Mastery: Design compelling visuals for websites, packaging, advertisements, and social media.
Storytelling Through Video: Produce engaging video content that resonates with a global audience.
Marketing Collateral: Create impactful brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital publications.
Event Experiences: Develop dynamic materials to enhance brand experiences at events.
Web Design Collaboration: Work closely with web developers to create user-friendly and responsive web designs.

Visual Communication

Engage and Inspire: Develop graphics, infographics, and interactive visuals to captivate diverse audiences.
High-Quality Production: Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure premium quality across platforms.
Multimedia Presentations: Produce animations and promotional videos aligned with our strategic objectives.

Strategic Marketing Support

Brand Storytelling: Use design to tell compelling stories about Endorfix’s products and impact.
Drive Engagement: Support marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Leadership Role: Take initiative in strategic decisions and lead projects that influence the company’s direction.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have

Essential:

Creative Passion: A love for all things creative with the ability to think outside the box.
Experience or Exceptional Talent: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design and video content production, or a portfolio that showcases star-quality work.
Bold Vision: Eager to challenge norms and help us become a leader through design.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other relevant tools.
Versatility: Experience designing for both print and digital mediums with knowledge of current design trends.
Content Creation Skills: Proven ability to create engaging content for websites, packaging, ads, and social media.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Think creatively under pressure to deliver innovative solutions.
Self-Driven: Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Photography and Videography: Strong skills in shooting and editing photos and videos.
Attention to Detail: Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Desirable:

Startup Experience: Familiarity with the fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for Wellness: A genuine interest in health and wellness products.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of UX/UI design and HTML/CSS.
