Sandhurst Fine Foods is seeking an experienced National Account Manager for its Retail Sales division. Â Sandhurst is a family owned business sourcing the very best produce within Australia and around the World and supplying its customers quality products not only across Australia but also to countries throughout the Asia Pacific region and the UAE. Our success is due to creating innovative products and sourcing a range of products for both food service and retail markets.Â
The purpose of the role is to build strong relationships and manage the sales and marketing strategy for National Accounts (Coles, Woolworths Aldi and Costco). In this role you will implement strategies that meet our objectives and expectations of our customers and ultimately maximise sales opportunities for Sandhurst.Â

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting and supporting the Senior National Account Manager.
- Setting the sales and marketing strategy for all major accounts.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key accounts (ie: Aldi, Costco, Woolworths, Coles)
- Understand customer needs and priorities to provide tailored solutions to effectively meet the company’s strategic objectives and or goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute account strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives
- Deliver sales targets and trade spend to budgetÂ
- Liaise with buyers to maximise insertion of new line opportunities by providing market analysis, and latest data trends.
- Provide buyers with information on key drivers of the picked vegetable market and its performance.
- Developing and leading Customer Joint Business plans
- Preparation of category reviews for all accounts providing insights and market concepts.
- Manage and present category performance, trends and growth to internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage Foodservice data and market insights to drive promotional efficiencies and opportunities through competitive analysis and innovation.Â
- Analysis of potential industry targets to assist with business growth.
- Develop promotional programs and provide support nationally.Â
- Support and input to the accurate forecasting of the demand planning process
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper ranging, pricing and ensure the business’s reputation is aligned in the market.
- Achievement of a growth target as set annually
- Achieves assigned national sales quota in designated accounts along with budgets set and approved by the board.Â
- Maintains high customer satisfaction rating that meet company standards
 Skills required:Â
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an sales and marketing account management or role, preferably with Coles or Woolworths experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, delivering analysis solutions and driving concepts for revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
