We are currently seeking an Manager to join our team in Australia, ready to take on new challenges and be part of a fast-growing and ambitious company.
 

Your role

• Lead complex analysis, structure insights and deliver high-quality solutions for client engagements.
• Present actionable recommendations and coach teams to drive transformational change and sustainable impact.
• Lead problem-solving efforts, manage improvement initiatives and foster trust-based client relationships.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members, accelerating their professional development.
• Collaborate closely with managers and partners to support business development activities.
• Take on a leadership role in internal processes such as business development, marketing, recruitment and training.

About you

• You hold an Engineering and/or Business degree (post-graduate degree preferred)
• You have at least 7 years of experience in a management/strategy consultant role.
• You have a strong background in technology-intensive industries such as defence, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, transport or infrastructure.
• You are confident leading teams, managing complex projects and taking on significant project management responsibilities.
• You excel in analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication.§You are motivated, energetic and eager to grow within a supportive and ambitious company.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to travel between Australian cities and regions as needed.
