We are seeking a Senior Manager Clinical Systems to provide clinical and operational expertise and advice paired with strong clinical information systems experience to plan and oversee the support and development of the Complex Care applications which support Adult Retrieval Victoria, the Victorian Stroke Telemedicine at a national level. 

This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Essendon Fields Operations Centre in line with our hybrid working model. 

About the role

Reporting to the Director Clinical Systems, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Work collaboratively and provide high-level, deep clinical workflow experience with expert strategic advice to Complex Care directorate and develop and deliver the clinical systems roadmap
• Manage team and external vendor to ensure timely support and smooth release management of clinical systems, minimising disruptions to daily operations
• Meet regularly with Operations and Clinical areas within Ambulance Victoria, Victorian Department of Health and external health services in developing and delivering the clinical systems roadmap, and prioritise and deploy functional changes 

About you

To be considered for this position you will also possess:

• A postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification with extensive relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and high level relevant experience in healthcare administration, public health, or a technology related discipline
• Significant leadership and management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Provision of high-level advice and guidance to key internal and external stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills
• Customer service orientation
