The APAC Digital Technology Infrastructure Lead will be accountable and responsible for all infrastructure project and operations in the region. This is an exciting position that involves partnership of Otis global IT suppliers in Network, Compute/Storage and Cloud, collaboration with global and regional Digital Technology teams to provide excellent service level in IT services to your end users. You will report to the Asia regional DT Infrastructure lead who will provide you access to mentorship, development opportunities and exposure to a multicultural work environment.
- Essential Responsibilities
- Project Management: Owning and delivering global or regional projects in APAC and at times across multiple geographic regions
- Process Management: Drive the DT supplier teams in SLA continuous improvement and oversee the RCA review to drive solutions with measurable results.
- Operation Excellence: Ensuring operational support and adoption of our standard process and global IT solutions to meet business needs
- Technical Expertise: Providing technical expertise and guidance to the regional DT team for IT Infrastructure solutions in collaboration with WHQ SME.
- Reporting: Preparing and delivering reports on projects, operations and incidents.
- Supplier management: Manage Otis global suppliers to ensure they are delivery and operationally fulfilling their scope of work meeting or exceeding their SLA & KPI.
- Process improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to support processes to reduce cost and optimize operational efficiency
- On-call support: Participating in MIM or PI incidents and being available for out of office hours support when needed
- Team Management: Fostering collaboration, managing resources, and ensuring strong team dynamics with IT Vendors, Otis DT team & end users

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent regional experience or qualification
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English & Chinese.
- Proactive attitude, customer service orientated approach & willingness to meet or exceed expected service level.
- 15 years’ experience in related field.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in networking, server computer, storage, SDWAN, AD, MS-Azure desired.
- Relevant project management or technical accreditations such as PMP, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) certifications
