As the Marketing Manager for Online Degree Programs, you will play a key role in building an agile marketing infrastructure to support our affiliate network of colleges and universities while helping to scale our business for the future.
Reporting to the Marketing Director of B2C, you will collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to execute impactful marketing initiatives. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Director of B2C in managing multiple affiliate launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as Project Lead for online degree programs, collaborating with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Implement Lead Generation Strategies across multiple channels, including paid and organic SEM, email marketing, and other digital platforms to drive enrollment and engagement.
- Develop and Maintain Marketing Calendars for various online degree program affiliates, ensuring alignment with campaign timelines and objectives.
- Conduct Market Research to analyze target audiences, competitive landscapes, and industry trends, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Oversee Content Accuracy and Consistency, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines, messaging objectives, and quality standards.
- Manage Paid Media Campaigns by coordinating with internal and external delivery teams to optimize performance and achieve strategic goals.
- Facilitate Affiliate Communication by organizing and maintaining regular meetings, updates, and collaboration with Core’s online degree program partners.
- Support New Program Launches, including website and landing page development, target audience research, positioning and messaging strategy, media planning, KPI definition, and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate for Online Certificate Programs to leverage strengths, skills, and best practices across the marketing team, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing (experience in higher education a plus).
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, mobile, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
