SoftGamings is an actively growing IT company, delivering international projects and innovative solutions in the iGaming industry. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team due to our expansion and exciting new projects. We go the extra mile to inspire our team members and cultivate a pleasant atmosphere in the office, ensuring that work is both enjoyable and fulfilling.
Now we are looking for experienced Sales Managers to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Sell and cross-sell company products and services.
- Maintain and update customer information in our database.
- Assist the team and manager with ad hoc sales projects as required.
- Provide high-end customer service for new and potential customers and partners.
- Act as the primary sales contact for various client types and consult with customers remotely.
- Conduct professional telephone/Skype/email conversations to identify customer needs.
- Generate new sales/business leads, develop commercial proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to customers, sending out commercial offers, and following up.
- Aid in writing marketing materials, advertisements, and informing customers about any special offers and new products or services offered by the company.
- Report sales performance results and achievements weekly.
- Make recommendations based on interactions with customers and prospects.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background, a Master’s degree or MBA will be an advantage.
- Very good English language skills (knowledge of Spanish, German, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, and other languages will be considered an advantage).
- At least 2 years of successful work experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word) skills.
- Preferably, if you have experience working in banks, PSPs, forex, binary, eCommerce, or IT.
- Motivation and interest in building a successful career in the sales area.
- You must be an energetic and customer-oriented personality, a strong team player who can work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Good presentation, argumentation, and communication skills.
