Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Computer Science Engineering/ Electronics & Communication/Instrumentation/Information Science / Information technology
Experience: 4 – 8 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Analyst with a strong background in providing support for .NET applications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to .NET-based applications. As part of the support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the applications function smoothly and efficiently in a production environment while providing high-quality customer service to end-users and collaborating with development teams.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core (ASP.NET, WinForms, WPF).
Familiarity with C# and understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
Proficiency in working with SQL Server (querying, troubleshooting database issues, and basic DB management).
Knowledge of IIS (Internet Information Services) and its configuration for web applications.
Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git, TFS).
Understanding of web services and APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify, analyse, and resolve issues quickly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
Strong root-cause analysis and issue resolution skills.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality, timely solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with development, testing, and infrastructure teams.
Proactive attitude, with a focus on preventing issues before they occur.
