You will base in Yixing, and your responsibilities are:

Responsible for organizing, directing and coordinating the productionmanagement of Connectivity;

You will base in Yixing, and your responsibilities are:

Responsible for organizing, directing and coordinating the production management of Connectivity;
Prepare process documents, to solve technical and process problems during production
Monitor product quality and strictly control unqualified products
Work closely with cable and sales team to improve production capacity, strictly control material waste and reduce production cost.

Who we are looking for

10 Years experience with assembly of Optical connectivity, specifically:
- Pigtails and Patchcord
- LC, SC and UPC
- Fibers usingOS2, OM3, OM4
Preferably a candidate with very strong technical and hands on experience.
- Production engineer or process engineer.
- A strong advantage will be to have some QC experience as well
Additionally if the candidate has a strong relationship with connectorizer suppliers it is considered a big benefit.
