Our client, a leading End Point Assessment (EPA) and Awarding Organisation, is seeking an ambitious Key Account Manager to join their mission of delivering qualifications and assessments across diverse sectors like engineering, manufacturing, hospitality, and marine. As a not-for-profit organisation, they focus on creating value for their partners and the industries they serve.

What You’ll Do
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind client satisfaction, growth, and retention. Your mission will be to:
* Nurture Relationships: Build trust and maintain strong connections with your clients.
* Grow Accounts: Identify and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
* Strategize for Success: Develop and execute plans to meet client satisfaction and revenue targets.
* Collaborate: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
* Champion the Brand: Support marketing by creating compelling case studies and engaging social media content.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a results-driven professional with:
* Experience: 3+ years in account management with a proven record of hitting growth and retention targets.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Knowledge: Basic understanding of apprenticeship policy, EPA, and qualifications in England.
* Qualifications: Level 2 in Maths and English; a Level 6 in Marketing, Communications, or Business Development is a plus!
* Mobility: Full UK driving license and a willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays.
The Offer
* Salary: £35,000 – £38,000/year, plus performance-based bonuses.
* Flexibility: Remote working with periodic travel to York and client sites.
