POSITION OVERVIEW:

Mechanical design engineer plays a key role in product development and product cycle. In the development process, he is responsible for collecting relevant data of products, defining technical index requirements and design requirements of mechanical parts of products to meet market and relevant regulations, and cooperating with electrical design engineer to complete product development and verification. In the production process, mechanical design engineers need to develop relevant technical documents to meet the needs of relevant departments, such as assembly process, test process, processing drawings, component technical specifications, etc. Customization is an important core value of Kollmorgen, so another important work of mechanical design engineer is to cooperate with AE and Marketing department to complete customized design to meet customer special requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make 3D and 2D designs for motor structure.

对电机结构进行三维、二维设计。

Make structure analysis for the motor structure, like stress analysis, fatigue analysis, thermal analysis and so on.

对电机结构进行结构分析，如应力分析、疲劳分析、热分析等

The drawing and technical document creating and maintenance for internal and external customers.

负责内部和外部客户图纸和技术文件的制作和维护。

New model product localization (Drawing, BOM, material localization)

新型产品国产化(图纸、BOM、材料国产化)

Be responsible for COE and new product development project management

负责COE定制及新产品开发项目

Product design improvement for VAVE, cost reduction or process optimization.

为降低成本或优化工艺而改进产品设计。

Building the BOM or material number in ERP system.

在ERP系统中建立BOM或物料编号。

Provide technical support to cross-function team (Production, Sourcing, Quality, Testing, Compliance) and the customer or end user.

为跨职能团队(生产，采购，质量，测试，合规)和客户或最终用户提供技术支持。

Analysis the special request from the customer and make customization design to meet the customer request.

分析客户的特殊要求，进行定制化设计，满足客户要求。

Manage the engineering change, request and deviation process.

管理工程变更、要求和偏差过程。

Lead the mechanical component paint qualification.

主导机械部件涂料鉴定工作。

Root cause analysis of defects in machine /component/parts.

机器/部件/零件缺陷的根本原因分析。

Participate in the realization of RBS / Kaizen activities led by his superiors.

参与上级领导的RBS /改善活动的实施。

Follow EHS policy and keep workplace clean and order.

遵守EHS政策，保持工作场所整洁有序。

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求：

Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar. 机械工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

Minimum 3 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing company. 至少3年机械制造企业工作经验。

Having a better understanding of motors will be preferred. 对电机有较好的了解者优先考虑。

Master mechanical design basic theory and technical expertise knowledge. 掌握机械设计基本理论和专业技术知识。

Good oral and written English level. 良好的英语口语和写作水平。

Good command of MS office tools and CAD tools (e.g. Creo, UG or Solidworks) 熟练使用office办公工具和CAD工具 (如Creo, UG或Solidworks)

Having good experience about FEA analysis on structure, thermal and vibration will be preferred. 有较好的结构、热、振动有限元分析经验者优先。

R&D or project management related knowledge is preferred. 有研发或项目管理相关知识优先。

Having working experience in motor manufacturing enterprises will be preferred. 有在电机相关行业工作经历者优先
