Job Title: Experienced Project Manager (Based in Brazil, Native English Speaker)

The preferred candidate must be a native English speaker with a solid background in both management and technical project execution. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead significant projects while setting up and improving tools such as JIRA, HubSpot, and other related project management and CRM software.

Main Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Direct and manage complete project cycles for

tech-focused initiatives, assuring timely delivery, scope compliance, and budget adherence.

• Tool Management: Set up, oversee, and refine tools like JIRA, HubSpot,

and other systems to boost workflow efficiency, reporting accuracy, and teamwork.

• Inter-Team Coordination: Serve as the central liaison for various teams,

both technical and non-technical, ensuring effective communication

and collaboration.

• Risk Assessment: Detect possible project challenges, formulate mitigation plans, and

apply solutions proactively.

• Deliverables Management: Track project schedules, financials, and objectives to ensure

successful results aligned with company targets.

• Process Optimization: Consistently review and enhance project management

practices to boost productivity and scalability.

Skill Set And Qualifications Required

• Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written

communication capabilities.

• Technical Aptitude: Hands-on experience with configuration and oversight in tools like JIRA,

HubSpot, and similar platforms.

• Leadership in Projects: Demonstrated capability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently
