What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead a diverse technical team to deliver high-quality software that exceeds customer expectations
• Actively participate in the development and review of User Stories
• Write software including unit/integration tests and perform code/design reviews
• Serve as a technical expert across multiple areas of the application/product
• Understand the retail pharmacy and clinical services domain and how customers use the employer’s products

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 5 years of experience with Java/Object-Oriented software engineering and RESTful services
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with relational databases (such as Oracle) and SQL
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this position

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Azure and its PaaS offerings
• Knowledge of Angular
• Experience working in a commercial software development team
• Understanding of the 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto, with experience in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe being a plus
• Energetic and passionate technical leader with strong communication skills
