Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Selection: Oversee the candidate selection process, ensuring only the most qualified candidates are advanced through the recruitment pipeline.

Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

Interviewing: Conduct interviews for key positions, providing guidance to hiring teams on best practices.

Employer Branding: Enhance The Golden Rise’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Diversity Initiatives: Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices and ensure a diverse candidate pool.

Metrics and Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on hiring progress and challenges.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in recruitment software and HR tools.

Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
