Job description:

1. Training Delivery:

  • Do monthly training delivery plan for the territory in charge.
  • Take in charge training delivery for Full-time agent channel.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery including pass rate, active ratio, leader development, participation rate, compliance, and others KPI… within the territory in charge.
  • Check and ensure the quality of training procedures & activities in line with company & department regulations.
  • Conduct advanced training program for agent & leader.

2. Sales Support:

  • Coordinate with Sales team to support sales activities.
  • Support Business Development Manager to carry out morning exercise, coaching, supervising and joint field work to help Pru-Planner achieve business goals.

3. Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and improve the quality of internal and external relationships to gain the best working results.

4. Project Management:

  • Participate in projects in terms of training, development & business.
  • Participate in training design & development for Pru-Planners.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management levels.

5. Other:

  • Doing tasks related to training scope or business need by plan or assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in Education, Finance, Life Insurance or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role at least 3 years.
  • Experience in a sale in finance or life insurance position is a plus.

Knowledge and skill:

  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
  • Good training sense in terms of training delivery & training quality controlling.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
  • Additional certification in training is a plus.
