Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution throughout the project cycle, from development, sourcing, evaluation through to implementation
- Develop business requirements, functional and process design, in partnership with functional teams, with consideration on future business needs and innovation
- Estimate project details accurately and manage complexities effectively, understanding and communicating the ERP changes being made
- Lead and manage project teams and technical partners, engage key stakeholders to deliver the project on time, within budget and of high quality
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and other systems owners to integrate other satellite systems (and revamps) with the new ERP system, identify technology gaps and propose sustainable solutions
- Offer advice and recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of current work processes by leveraging latest technology and market best practice
- Plan and execute change management activities for stakeholder engagement and communication
- Maintain clarity on project status, presenting updates and reporting to stakeholders clearly and consistently
- Closely monitor and evaluate the performance of the prime system integrator, ensuring adherence to quality standards and programme baseline
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
- Possession of a recognized professional qualification, such as Certified Public Accountant or equivalent, is preferred
- A minimum of 12 years’ relevant working experience, of which at least 4 years should be at managerial level
- Significant in-house functional experiences in one or more of the following: Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain and Inventory Management
- Prior experience in delivering large scale ERP system and the associated business transformation projects
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; Chinese language ability is not essential but an advantage
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
