Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for driving change and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a background in project management and possess strong communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at DHL Supply Chain as an Intelligent Process Automation Project Manager.

Your key accountabilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans and support the delivery throughout all the phases.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
• Streamline project workflows to improve operational efficiency.

• Establish and sustain robust relationships with all stakeholders, understanding their interests and concerns.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation projects, driving continuous process enhancements.

What are we looking for from you?

• Proven experience in project and change management.
• Proficiency in process mapping and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with “First Choice” or any “First Choice” training (DHL Accreditation).
• First Choice Advisor qualification (Desirable).
• Certification in Project Management, such as PMP or Prince2, (Desirable).
