Net Developer (Remote)

Avenga is seeking a .NET Engineer to join our team for an exciting American project. The client is a premier data service provider catering to dealmakers who aim to discover, research, and connect with founder-owned businesses. This platform offers comprehensive profiles of privately held companies, enabling users to analyze historical trends and future growth strategies.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in .NET development, particularly with ASP.NET Core for building web applications and services;
• Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying microservices;
• Experience with Azure services, particularly Azure Service Fabric for orchestrating microservices;
• Knowledge of implementing authentication and authorization using IdentityServer4;
• Good understanding of message-based architecture using MassTransit for service communication and Kafka as the message broker;
• Proficiency in integrating Elasticsearch for search functionalities within microservices;
• Ability to use DataDog for monitoring application performance and logging metrics;
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Ability to implement ML models or integrate ML capabilities within applications;
• Familiarity with data engineering.

• Write clean, maintainable, test-covered code and work with our product team to create great products for our customers;
• Contribute to a future-ready, high-quality, and performance code base;
• Be involved in the entire product lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features;
• Share your technical solutions and product ideas with the team;
• Contribute to the team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure;
• Take part in code review and refactoring processes.
