Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the National Account Manager and sales leadership to formulate and implement growth strategies for existing national customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with sales and claims leaders to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Enhance relationships with the franchise network to seize opportunities presented by national customers.
- Collaborate with the franchise network on sales initiatives to amplify brand and program awareness.
- Provide insightful feedback to the National Account Manager based on customer and network interactions to support client retention and growth efforts.
- Assist in rolling out new programs and services to improve account penetration.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as account management, operations, and marketing to foster revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including event planning and customer communication.
- Attend industry events and lead customer meetings to bolster client relationships.
- Resolve client and network service issues effectively.
- Gather and utilize market and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Support national initiatives as directed by sales management.
Required Skills
- Experience in commercial, restoration, or insurance industries is vital.
- Strong relationship management abilities to drive sales momentum and business growth.
- Proven competitive selling skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication proficiencies.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience is required.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within a service-oriented industry handling sizable B2B customer relationships.

Compensation And Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from (95,000 to )105,000, along with a performance-related bonus, reflecting various factors such as skill set, experience, training, certifications, and business requirements. New hires typically do not start at the upper end of the salary range, as compensation decisions are made on an individual basis.
