Principal Product Designer Ui Ux (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal UI/UX Product Designer to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design process from inception to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Establish and uphold a cohesive design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
• Continuously enhance the user journey utilizing data, user feedback, and research insights.
• Shape the overarching design vision for our product, ensuring alignment with our company’s strategic goals and values.
• Inspire and motivate the design team with innovative concepts, fostering a product that resonates with users.

Required Skills

• Proven leadership abilities in managing design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Extensive senior-level experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products, supported by a world-class portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create intuitive, engaging user experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools, with a focus on Whimsical for mockups and Figma for detailed designs.
• A creative mindset, with a talent for thinking innovatively and pushing design boundaries.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A deep-seated passion for design, alongside a keen attention to detail and an understanding of what constitutes an outstanding product.

Qualifications

• A strong background in UI/UX design, particularly in the SaaS domain, with a proven track record of leadership in design initiatives.
• A relevant degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary range of (149,400 to )166,000, depending on location and cost of living, with U.S. employees earning between (126,990 and )141,100.
• Additional compensation through RSUs (via our (HOST token), approximately valued at )16,600 per year.
