MISSION

Reporting to Teldar’s Chief Commercial Officer, and working with the Market Leaders in the other regions, your key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop Teldar’s sales offering in Northern Europe and play an active role in implementing the sales strategy to consolidate our presence in the region and achieve growth ;
  • Approach a clientele of leisure and corporate travel agencies ;
  • Coordinate and supervise the sales team of 4 peoples located in the UK and the Netherlands
  • Monitor and analyze the team’s KPI results ;
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and statistical information on activity throughout the territory supervised ;
  • Implementing sales action plans and promoting the brand, products and services marketed by the Company ;
  • Provide market & competitive environment analysis ;
  • Attending relevant sales events.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Candidates should ideally have a minimum 7 years’ sales experience in the travel industry and management experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Basic understanding of the travel industry.
  • Target driven and results orientated.
  • Understanding of technology and online distribution.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Resourceful with good organisational skills and ability to work alone.
  • Energetic, dynamic and self-motivated.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and abroad.
  • PC proficiency, Microsoft skills and ability to understand some technical tools.
