Job Description

Looking for a creative UX Designer with 5-8 years of experience in crafting intuitive and impactful data dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Reimagine and redesign existing dashboards for an improved user experience.
• Develop and navigate User Journeys for new data dashboards and applications.
• Refine dashboards to ensure information is relevant, discoverable, and functional.
• Collaborate with the team to conduct User Research, understanding user needs and translating insights into designs.
• Analyze competitors or similar dashboards to deliver the most effective visualizations.
• Drive consistency in design across all dashboards.
• Create and present design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Conduct layout adjustments to enhance usability and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Data Dashboard Design
• Proficiency in mapping User Journeys and translating them into actionable designs
• Strong experience in delivering consistent design standards across dashboards
• Knowledge of crafting user-focused designs that are functional, scannable, and visually appealing
• Proficiency in Data Analysis & Visualization
• Experience with UI Prototyping tools and methodologies

Additional Information

Your background:

• Proven experience designing data dashboards for user approvals and developer insights.
• Strong understanding of how to design for diverse user needs while maintaining consistency.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for prototyping and visualization.
• Ability to map User Journeys and deliver actionable designs to development teams.
