Salary: Up to 140,000 Swiss Francs per annum + 4% commission on all turnover generated

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Manager/BDM (you MUST have current IT Services experience and Live in Switzerland) to join a leading Global Technology Consultancy specialising in Digital Customer Experience, Intelligent Automation, Cloud/DevOps, and Digital Assurance. This role offers the opportunity to shape business growth in a competitive market, delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to clients across various industries.

In this position, you will lead sales efforts, develop bespoke strategies, and build strong, lasting client relationships. Working in collaboration with internal technical teams, you’ll design and deliver innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation through networking and market insights.
  • Present tailored proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs and industry challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Experience in the technology sector, with an understanding of digital transformation and IT consulting services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
